Chop Basil Like a Pro!

Basil confetti is so pretty, but how do they do it? The fancy word for it is chiffonade. Sounds fancy and difficult, but it is super easy!

Take your clean basil leaves and stack them, and then roll them in the shape of a tight log. Finally, run your knife through them vertically and you now have basil chiffonade (or basil confetti as I like to call it.
