Stir all ingredients in a bowl
Put half the marinade in a bag with chicken wings
Marinate for 4 hours or overnight
Put in pressure cooker for 5 minutes (high pressure)
Do a natural pressure release for 7 minutes - this means do nothing for 7 minutes and then release the pressure
Line a broiler pan with foil - add a few drops of sesame oil and wipe with a paper towel (this infuses flavor without adding oil directly)
Broil with remaining glaze until beautiful and brown
