2 Clamshells Basil
1/8 Cup Pine Nuts
1 Garlic Clove
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil

Vegan Pesto Directions

  1. Remove stems and rinse basil
  2. In small food processor, spin the pine nuts and garlic until combined
  3. Add basil and spin until combined - scrape sides down
  4. Stream in a few tablespoons olive oil and squeeze in 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and spin again
  5. Scrape sides down
  6. Take lid off and sprinkle in a pinch of salt and spin
  7. Put lid back on  and add more oil and lemon to desired consistency / taste
  8. Add more salt if needed
