Sous Vide Asian Beef Tacos
Fairly cheap
Delicious and quick...all you need is the marinade, some taco shells, a little sour cream and some hoisin, your sous vide, garnish, and a pan. It all comes together in less than an hour!

Asian Tacos

1 pound steak or pork
1/2 cup Asian Marinade
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 sliced lime
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon hoisin

Sous Vide Asian Beef Tacos Directions

    1. Marinate flank steak in Asian marinade (see marinade recipe) for 1- 24 hours
    2. Remove meat from marinade and put meat in a sous vide bag using the submersion method or a vacuum sealer
    3. Set sous vide to 128 for 40 minutes
    4. Pre grill taco shells and keep warm
    5. Remove steak from sous vide once timer has gone off and pat dry thouroghly
    6. Place on warmed pan and sear on both sides for 1-2 minutes until internal temperature is 134 degrees for a perfect medium rare

Recipe notes

For Asian Sour Cream:
Mix 1 tsp of hoison in 1/2 cup sour cream 
For Tacos:
Line bottom of taco shell with hoisin sour cream for "glue"
Add sliced Asian flank meat
Top with guacamole,chopped onion, cilantro, and grilled lime
