This is a fun new spin on a hometown favorite of mine - Mayfair dressing. Its got a lot of components to Caesar dressing, but kicked up with a few twists.

1 tbsp curry powder |
3 whole eggs |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 clove garlic |
2 ounces anchovies (not drained) |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
3 celery sticks |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon honey |
2 cups canola or vegetable oil |
1/2 small onion |
If you find over time its getting thin, add olive oil and spin it in the blender again
This works great as a salad dressing or a veggie dip
The anchovies can be omitted to make this a vegetarian dressing / dip
